Not too many people would argue that basketball and volleyball players need do jump training. It's obvious that a good jump can help you produce a better spike or serve. No doubt it will make your layup easier and even enable you to dunk a basketball!
You may be surprised that athletes in almost every sport should be doing explosive jump training.
Do you play a sport where you need to go from a stationary position to a running sprint as quickly as possible?

Each year Zach Evan-Esh holds the LIFT STRONG Fundraiser at Underground Strength Gym, New Jersey USA. Funds raised go to support The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
