
Recently I had a strange, somewhat annoying experience on a friends facebook page, regarding the topic of squatting. Someone had made the comment that, "Squats are so bad for you..."
So is squatting really bad for you?

Squatting!
Absolutely agree with you there John, from my experience with getting the squats in at training, it has done nothing but improve my balance, strength in the knee joints and made a vast improvement with having tired/sore legs. Basically I have never felt better! Keep up the good work man.
