The Power Wheel is absolutely THE best core developer I have ever seen. Sure there are other wheels out there, but this thing is far superior (I know, I own three other types). I've been using mine now for over 4 years. I had strong abs before, but now they are monster strong. And of course my wife likes the six-pack! If you haven't got a Power Wheel, you need to get one now.

Kettlebells, although misunderstood by many, are an extremely powerful and versatile tool that needs to be part of your arsenal. Standard exercises including swings, snatches and turkish get-ups. Kettlebells come in a large range of sizes and are suitable for everyone (even my 10 year old daughter uses them). ** put link here =>Read more about kettlebells here.<= LINK here**

FAT GRIPZ are frickin awesome. I love these things. You can instantly turn any barbell or dumbbell into a fat bar.. Hard to describe in a single paragraph how much these simple implements can do for you, but they are a must for any serious strength athlete.

Battling Ropes are a truly unique conditioning system that needs to be experienced. Voted the best cardio tool in 2009 because of its constant velocity training principle. They allow you to deliver constant output, rather than the use of momentum or air time found in most conditioning exercises. Your GPP will go through the roof using battling ropes.

The Power Push Up is an awesome tool if you are traveling, but still want scalable resistance with your horizontal pressing. Yes, you'd love to just fit a barbell and weight plates in your suitcase. But you and I both know that this is way more viable.

A Chest Expander with a difference. Another great tool for packing in your luggage when you travel. In fact I took mine to Fiji, when we went there a couple of years ago. You can do literally over 100 different exercises with just this piece of simple equipment. I've owned and used a traditional spring chest expander for over 20 years. Problem is when it catches on clothing, or even worse on chest hair (yes I workout with no top on sometimes)! This Chest Expander solves that issue, plus it's handles feel a lot more comfortable to grip.
